Reshnie is a passionate and seasoned practisioner in Continuous Improvement with over 15 year’s experience in creating, managing and delivering on Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement, specifically focussed on value creation. Holding a Master in Business Leadership and Economics, has been trained in Black Belt with Juran. Experienced in transforming organisations into a Continuous Improvement culture and critically understands what it takes to re-wire an organisation to deliver on the Lean promise of 40% value realisation.Has enabled organisation wide training in Lean Six Sigma and coaching to ensure translation of training into business value and performance improvement.

Azaria is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in various industries. Holding a Black Belt certification as well as a Green Belt certification with Juran, a BSc in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA, Azaria combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen.

During a decade-long tenure at Impala Platinum, Azaria honed their skills in process engineering and operational management, contributing to the company’s success through innovative solutions and efficient project management.As a Director at South African Breweries (SAB), Azaria leveraged their expertise in chemical engineering and business strategy to oversee significant operational improvements. Their role as a certified Master Brewer further underscored their capability in managing and optimizing brewing processes.Over 18 years at Standard Bank, Azaria held various senior management roles, demonstrating a versatile skill set and strong leadership abilities. Their contributions were pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across different departments.

With a diverse background in engineering, brewing, and banking, Azaria embodies a commitment to excellence and continuous learning. They are passionate about sharing their extensive knowledge and experience to empower others, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable growth in every organization they engage with.
